AIOU Online Workshop Schedule For Autumn 2024 [LATEST UPDATED]
Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has released the schedule of online workshops for BS, B. Ed, and Postgraduate programs offered in the Semester of Autumn, 2024.
These workshops will commence on December 16, and students will attend classes online via the LMS portal. The usernames and passwords required to access the online portal have been sent to students via SMS. Students who have not received their login credentials are advised to contact their nearest regional campus.
On the instructions of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood, the quiz duration has been extended for students’ convenience. The quiz will be available on the portal for 72 hours starting at 8 AM on the fifth day of the workshop. Once started, students will have 45 minutes to complete the quiz, compared to the previous duration of 20 minutes. The Vice-Chancellor has emphasized providing all possible facilities to students. Students who lack access to computers or the internet can utilize free facilities available at the university campuses to participate in the workshops.
AIOU Allama Iqbal Open University has released the date of the online and face-to-face workshop schedule for spring and autumn 2024. For this purpose, the campus has already nominated tutors who will take their sessions according to the schedule. Online and distance learning sessions are mandatory for all BA, MA, Med BSc, MPhil, PhD students.
The purpose of this workshop is to guide students and solve their queries related to study. The allocated tutor will give proper lectures and solve the students’ problems faced in their respective subjects. Therefore, this workshop is made compulsory for the students below.
AIOU workshop schedule 2024:
Students must check the Online AAGHI LMS Portal for the online workshop schedule. The AIOU administration will update the date and time before the workshop starts. All students must attend the workshop. if any student fails to attend the workshop, then he /she misses the lecture and in the end, they may fail the course.
Student has advice Before attending online workshops students may check their net properly. In far-flung areas, students arrange internet facilities for the online workshop. The workshop may be held for two to three weeks in a working day with Sunday off.

Join the online AIOU workshop Through PC / Laptop :
Before attending an online workshop students need to download Microsoft Team.
- Go to Google and type download Microsoft Team for desktop.
- After that, if you are using a computer then click on Download for Desktop option.
- Now click on Download Team and save the file on your PC.
- After clicking on the file Microsoft Team downloads automatically.
- After downloading the Microsoft team sign you AIOU given login and password.
- If students are using mobile phones or Android, then they need to select the IOS/android Play Store. All steps are the same as desktop.
- After successfully logging now you are now able to join the AIOU online workshop anywhere in Pakistan.
- Before the online workshop starts tutors or the admin send the link in WhatsApp or send it to the student LMS portal, and they can directly join the class.

Note: AIOU uses several types of online platforms to interact with its students. If they are using other online apps like Zoom or Meeting, then students can download as same as the Microsoft team. The entire process is the same for Zoom download.
